The Service de police de la Ville de Lévis is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Carolane Fortin, 17, who has been reported missing.
Carolane has been missing from her home in Lévis since August 29, 2025. Police believe she could be in the areas of Lévis, Lauzon, or Saint-Raphaël. Authorities are concerned for her safety.
