The Surrey RCMP is asking for the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Joseph Chen, who was last seen on March 2, 2023, at approximately 2:30 p.m. in the 16200-block of 88 Avenue in Surrey, British Columbia.

Joseph’s disappearance is considered out of character, and both his family and police are deeply concerned for his wellbeing. Authorities are seeking any assistance the public can offer in helping to find him.
