UPDATE: The missing eight-year-old girl has been found and is safe.

The Clarenville RCMP Detachment is asking for the public’s help locating eight-year-old.

She has autism spectrum disorder. She has brown hair and eyes and was wearing a black shirt, purple pants, and white shoes. She was last seen running through a wooded area of Random Island at 3:45 p.m. Friday.

Clarenville HRC and Ground Search and Rescue are actively involved in the search for her.
